Privacy policy
Data controller
Дмитрий Захарчук Сергеевич, an individual in Bulgaria. Email: hello.digravia@gmail.com. DIGRAVIA is a project name, not a registered company.
Contact form and email
The contact form collects the first and last name, email address and message you provide, as well as a phone number only when you choose to include it. Formspree processes and delivers the submission to Digravia; see the Formspree Privacy Policy. If you contact us by email, Gmail may process your message while providing the email service.
Email data and purposes
An email may contain your name, email address, company or project name, message, files and other information you voluntarily send. It is used to reply, discuss a possible project, prepare a proposal and continue communication you initiated. It is not sold or used for mailing lists. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for those purposes, possible contractual obligations or applicable legal requirements; a fixed internal retention period has not yet been established.
Microsoft Clarity analytics
With your consent, the website loads Microsoft Clarity to understand site use and improve usability, layout, performance and error diagnosis. Clarity may process interaction events such as clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, selection and viewport changes; page and device information; diagnostic and performance events; and DOM information used for heatmaps and session replay. The Clarity project uses Relaxed masking. Page content may be visible in recordings, while input fields and dropdowns remain masked in every Clarity masking mode. The contact form is also explicitly marked for masking in the website code. Digravia does not grant Clarity advertising storage permission.
Legal basis and recipients
Contact details are processed to reply to the enquiry you initiated and take steps you request before a possible agreement. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and may then be processed by Gmail. The basis for Clarity analytics is your consent, and analytics data is processed by Microsoft. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process IP addresses, traffic statistics and technical logs to deliver, secure and diagnose the website. The exact Cloudflare log-retention period and the Clarity project’s selected data region have not been confirmed. Google Search Console is used to monitor the site’s presence in Google Search; no Google Analytics tracking code is present on the audited website. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Retention
According to Microsoft’s current Clarity documentation, session playback data is retained for 30 days, while click and heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions are retained for up to 9 months. Your consent choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and is then requested again.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, withdraw consent and object to certain processing. Email hello.digravia@gmail.com. You may also complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
